With the technological advancement the moot question that the business personnel asks is that what is the significance of technology in the process of corporate communication. The corporate communication has undergone significant transformation in the last few years with the technological advancement of modern era. It is important to understand the advantages and challenges that are associated with incorporation of technology in corporate communication. The communication services have improved significantly as better technology has improved the quality of messages and it has helped the business channels of the corporations to multiply. Customers in recent times are much more empowered than before. Applying advanced technology in business has significantly increased the positioning, involvement and participation exponentially in several public places.
