The evaluation of the dynamics of a global team can be related to a singular industrial entity nominated for précising the focal area of the research. The challenges are keeping up along with the evolving landscape based on security, driving the transformation of physical environment into digital, winning the war of talent and market leader and many others (Reiche et al. 2016). Applying the building theory of Belbin, enhances the ability of the co-coordinator for balancing the tasks along with people, they motivate the shaper for driving the projects until the completion of that project.
The gap of this literature review has comprised of the overcoming the challenges that have been faced in the previous research study via implementing various concepts of the given subject of matter, that is management of global team. Moreover, the lack of previous research study lies within the challenges in managing the global team, which have been mitigated in this research study and discussed all the challenges regarding that management of a global team.
Summarizing the literature for fulfilling the gap
The gap has been fulfilled via discussing the importance, beneficial points along with the negative sides of managing the global team. Moreover, for having better understanding about the mitigation process of the challenges faced by the leader or the coordinator for managing their global team, the Belbin’s theory has been discussed in this research study.

This effectiveness helps in the addressing of the research problems that needs to be significantly highlighted.
