1) Compare and contrast between any TWO change process models applicable at the SME Level.
2) From the above two models, select ONE and explain with the use of your research findings why it is better suited to guiding change within your chosen SME.
3) Analyse how your chosen change process model can help your chosen SME enhance its performance in ANY TWO specific triple bottom line criteria.
There is a huge necessity to bring the changes that helps in the development of small medium enterprises (SMEs) of New Zealand. There is an huge importance to carry out the change process model that help the organization to make the proper growth. Moreover, three change process models that are applicable to make the change in the management. These models are McKinsey 7-S Model, Lewin Change Model Management and Kotter’s 8 Step Model. These all the models assist to make a huge change for the growth and development of the work.
A) Contrasting and comparing the main two change process models that are helpful for SME level
Several changes help in the development of small medium enterprises of New Zealand market. In this study, Indian Style Company has been chosen to make the development on the changes. There are several changes rise in order to transform the small business into big business. This transformation would help the firm to reach in the hand of maximum customer of New Zealand. In order to make this transformation, there is a high necessary to work on the model plan for the development of the models (Radineh.ir, 2017). Kotter’s 8 Step Change Model:-
This model is introduced by John Kotter to make the changes that helps to make the better campaigning in the firm. These process models are applicable with the help of 8 steps that are follows are:-
1. The changes that are developed by the 8 step process could be only possible by making the exact changes that might stay for long terms (Ceptureanu, 2015).
2. The persistent of the staying helps to make the effecting working of the change process model that is used in the organization of India in Style.
3. The goals that are needed to be achieved to make the short terms change of the management.
4. The changes are applied by creating the empowering of the staff members.

McKinsey 7-S Model:-
This model has provided various approaches that help in making the changes based on the 7-S factors. The MCKinsey 7-S Model is formed by many professors to make the huge changes that help in the development of small business that is India in Style. This model is formed in the year of 1978 by formation of 7 S structure.
The skills are the most important areas to make the effective changes in the organization. Moreover, the skills are based upon the communication and the interpersonal training of the management as well as staff members (Zentner, 2015). The effective change would be only possible by making a high approach of developed skills that makes the company’s growth. In order to develop the skills among the workers there is a huge important factor to make the proper training. This helps the company to make the useful changes that are required by the management.
In order to make the change effective there is a huge important to make the proper working of the system. Moreover, the appropriate change would be only possible by coordinating properly with the management. The India in Style organization needs to develop the high quality of the system that assist the firm to develop in the making large business.

The most important process model is McKinsey 7-S Change Model. The McKinsey change process model are best suited to make the development of the organization that is India in Style. This models are based upon 7-S factors that assist to make the changes applicable for the chosen company that is India in Style. Moreover, this models are applicable based upon the two elements that is hard and soft elements (King et al. 2017). In the hard elements, it lies with the strategy, systems and structure. In the soft elements are applicable on skills, style, shared values and staff. Moreover, these models are based upon the four main things that is very important to make the changes applicable in the company.
a) All the areas of the parts might be applied as an important part in order to address in based manner that is unified.
b) This model provides an effective position to better understand of the company by diagnosing properly.
c) In order to make the changes there is an important for combining the emotional and rational areas.
d) The model also provides a pathway or guidance to make the exact change required in the company.
In order to make the exact change there is a huge importance to make the changes in the systems of the organization that is India in Style. The organization should ensure and recognize the skills they poseses and in what ways the organization is better than others in the market to increase their advantages in the market. This model helps in making sure that the company knows what are their strengths which help them to know there core competencies and capabilities which will help the organization to know hoe imply this strengths in the development process and achieve the desired goal faster. Skills can be recognized by organization for knowing its strength, which is very important for this company and will help the company to recognize its weakness and rectify them which will help the firm reach its desired goal on time.
This model will help the organization in recognizing its human resource strengths by recognizing the efficiency of the current staff. Knowing the skills of the employees by knowing their respective educational qualification and their personal which are related to the organization it is important that the firm knows there staffing strength by knowing the skilled labors and the unskilled labor of the company.
The model will help the organization to know their respective behavioral pattern, the key groups, the mangers and other professional and how are there pattern of work. C) Analyzing the chosen change process model that can help the chosen SME enhance its performance in ANY TWO specific triple bottom line criteria
‘India in style’ being a fashion and clothing company needs transformational change in order to attract more consumers and customer to develop their business and to achieve marketing success it is important that the organization takes proper frameworks and models to imply changes which will be good for the company. The organization chose two models of which are The McKinsey 7-S Framework and Kotter 8 Step process model to bring necessary transformational change by implying these models that organization will benefit in terms of management (Naipinit, Kojchavivong, Kowittayako, Sakolnakorn, 2014).
Marketing and leadership as the with these transformational changes in the organization will lead to efficient production and rendering services. The efficiency of the firm will increase, the organization will be able to properly control the development process so as to change and rectify if any errors occur, through McKinsey model the company will be able to improve the performance of the company by providing better control and evaluating every process of change. This model will help the firm to observe the future changes, which will happen in the company, and to know there effects to the future of the organization. The model will also help to coordinate different departments and process in order to imply various change process. The process will also help the firm to recognize that what will be the best of implementation of a strategy that will give out the best result. Kotter 8 Step process is a wide step and study in providing better leadership change the models helps in creating a sense of urgency that why the change is necessary and how will the change help the organization.
The model will also help the organization in building a proper guide, which will make it easier for the organization to imply proper changes. It will also help the organization to form proper strategies, vision, and initiative to make it clear for the organization to achieve proper organizational changes.
