Reflection is considered to be the technical aid for reinforcing the ability to learn from experience and decision making for the learning and professional development. The current paper intends to attain the dynamics of reflecting one’s experience through documenting and developing the fundamental skills for further growth in the learning field. Main purpose of the paper is to address the opportunities of learning through keeping a learning documentary of self experience. Apart from that, it will describe on the importance of experience learning as it helps in widening and deepening the capability of critical thinking in learning and personal growth.
The sessions per week is given in the following points in order to address the learning and discussing the personal reactions as well as reflecting upon the responses to this learning activity. The sessions per week are as follows:
In the first week, the concept of counseling and its importance were described to us. This topic seemed very interesting to me and I have witnessed that the psychological attributes are internally related to the daily psychology of human life. Interest in this topic has encouraged me to follow the learning attributes and listening to the weekly learning more obediently. Apart from, that I have realized that human psychology plays a prominent role in influencing the parameters of the lifestyle one leads. Self-awareness in the counseling procedure is an important attribute that needs focus. It have been evident by me that, self-awareness widens up the places we need to recover in order to conquer the issues faced in daily life due to lack of self-knowledge. In addition to that, the necessity of self-awareness was evident by me during the session. In session 3, attitudes and values counselors were explored (Husebø, O'Regan & Nestel, 2015). Apart from that, it has been evident by me that greater awareness in self can help me in developing positive attitude and beliefs. Therapeutic dialogue is the concept that examines the role of counseling in relationship. It has been inferred that it is important to examine the roles that are invaded in the counseling process. It has been evident by me that reflective essay requires critical thinking and from the journal learning, I have understood the importance of critical thinking. In addition to that, critical thinking and intelligence in incurring the learning style is an important aspect. Apart from that, it is important to mention that in counseling process self-analysis and other prospects are important. This has helped me in analyzing the self-attributes to note in the counseling process (Wilson & Miller, 2018). The counseling process has discovered the crucial fundamentals of self-analysis and self assessment in order to analyze the impacts and potentials to improve the performances. Thus, the sessions has helped me in analyzing myself potentials and deepening my ability to learn from the future opportunities.
As has been documented, the attributes of learning through documenting the learning experience can help me in recalling the attributes of experience learning and its importance in the continuous development. Apart from that, I believe documenting the learning procedure plays a fundamental role in assessing self-learning capabilities as it helps in determining the drawbacks of learning process and improving them with adequate learning methods. Apart from that, I have witnessed that this learning process plays a prominent role in supporting and contributing to the learning style as it empowers the self -learning gestures. According to () the beginning of a learning process is laid by reflecting the application of learning method. It also has been evident that this process is considered to be the vehicle for reflection. I believe that this process and aspects of learning is an important aspect to focus on to improve the invaded learning properties in ourselves (Beech, McGill & Brockbank, 2017). I can state that learning journal helps in assisting me in evaluating my beliefs, assumptions and values that are important developing the learning focus for further improvements. Apart from that, it have been witnessed by me that it stimulates critical thinking and decision making process in the learning procedures to overcome the consequences produced by difficulties in the learning process. It has been mentioned that learning journals allows the student’s to emphasize discipline in order to promote the ability of an individual in regards to reflective learning along with the critical thinking as well as it helps in the broader manner to widen the learning sensibility of an individual (Gould & Taylor, 2017). Here in this setting, it can be stated the learning aspects through reflection is in important aspect that can help in managing the attributes of reflective perspective as well as in managing the learning methods in attaining flexible growth and deepen the ideas of learning. I have understand that the critical thinking and analyzing self-potential can impact the further learning objectivity in the significant manner. Apart from that, self-assessment is easier as the documentary helps in going through the learning journey and the drawbacks I have previously in my learning approach.

Psychotherapy procedure in the reflective learning helps in diagnosing the client’s negative journey or bad experience due to any reason. In the learning process counseling helps in the same manner as it the counselor helps the student to derive the students invaded potential and ability to make them perform more effectively in future. In order to explore the counseling process I have selected two theories and approaches. The counseling theories are behavioral theory and Humanistic approach. The skills and approaches related to counseling involves, effective communication. Communication is considered to be the mean of sharing message where as it is employed in diverse array to deal with the approach in the significant manner. In this setting, listening is most important rather than speaking and conveying the purpose. Through Effective listening the issues related to the students be explored more effectively. Apart from that, the skills also involve empathy, genuineness, effective positive regard, concreteness and open questions. In addition to that, information giving and eliminating the obstacles to change, interpretation, and self-disclosure can be added to the skill list. The applying theories in counseling can be explored in the brief manner to attain deep insight into the concept.
Behavioral theory: psychologist B. F. Skinner developed this theory. In this theory, he mentioned that behavior is something that is adopted by learning. In this setting, he has talked about classical conditioning and operant conditioning. He believed in the power of recognition and reward. In this case I can state that in reflection learning recognition and appreciation also proves to be helpful in order to mitigate the issues regarding the experienced learning for future growth. Positive and negative reinforcement works in the significant manner in this aspect (Feltham, Hanley & Winter,2017).
Humanistic approach: This approach is considered to be the realistic and ethical approach in the counseling process that counselor’s incorporates to address the high potential to their clients. Humanistic theory appliers are gestalt, experiential therapies and more (Joyce & Sills, 2018). In this aspect, the counselor majorly concerned with the current scenario rather than what happened during the counseling process (Ramos et al. 2015). Thus, it can be stated that, these theories are crucial that are associated with the counseling process as it facilitates the reflective learning. Moreover, it emphasizes the current potential of the student and intends to derive the highest potential from the student with effectively applied theories. These theories have helped me in attaining the importance of critical evaluation and self-analytics so that the further learning approaches can be improved in the positive manner.
As has been documented, I can state that towards the reflection learning procedure and counseling it is important to maintain the ethical dilemmas in the learning process. Ethical dilemma refers to the standardized norms and prerequisites of dos and don'ts that are important to maintain in any process. It also refers to the the issue that comes between two possible moral imperatives. In the reflection learning and counseling it is important to be honest and maintaining the ethical dilemmas in the proper manner unless, the purpose of the procedure will not be accomplished. Apart from that, the ethical dilemmas in the reflective learning require to be honest to the counselor and channelize an open communication procedure so that the consequences and issues can be mitigated in the effective manner. The premises and ambiance of counseling also influence the learning ability as well as accomplishment of the counseling purpose. Being truthful to the counselor about the paradigms is necessary as only then the assessor can help in suggesting me the ways of improvements and recollecting the beneficial features for my learning measures (Shapiro & Stefkovich, 2016). In addition to that, marinating the paradigms such as the effectiveness of the counseling process, its impact in the reflection learning needs to be focused. Finally, it can be stated that maintaining both optional ethical dilemma will be helpful to the focused approach in order to assist an individual in accumulating the learning materials.
In accordance to the paper, in this context the summary of the proposed paper can be addressed to make the purpose of reflection learning in paradigm. With the documented paper, I have explored the week sessions that are important for managing the reflecting learning for advanced learning process. It has been evident that counseling is an important procedure that can be incorporated in the teaching method so that the high potential of student’s can be derived. Apart from that, reflective learning through documenting the experience of learning journey plays the most significant role in providing advancement and widening the outcomes of an individual. In addition to that, it is considered to be the important mean of channelizing the productivity of a student as documenting a journal of learning journey makes the journey alive and it is easier to recall what I have learnt through the process. It plays moiré prominent role in assisting their views, beliefs, persona and attitude in regards to their learning process. It makes comprehensive approach towards empowering the ability in the student to make and achieve SMART goals in life so that the future attributes of development can be widen. With the class, learning materials I have experienced the way psychological features and traits helps in the academic field as well as in the future employability field. It makes the approaches in effective supervision focused by the student in their learning journal thereby emphasized through the progress and developments.
The paper has discovered the necessity and impact of the reflection learning in developing the reflective skills. Apart from that, reflection on self-helps in analyzing the skills and potential of the student in empowering the knowledge can be determined in the significant manner. Apart from that, I can state that I have realized the importance of documenting the learning journey and evaluate them as per the requirements. I have analyzed the importance of self-awareness and the counseling dynamics in the significant manner. Furthermore, I have gained that it is always important to maintain the ethical dilemmas and paradigms to conquer the challenges that we face for poor self-awareness and harming the ethical standards. Finally, It can be stated that it would be an important as well as helpful task to perform in improving the development skills and analyzing self-reflection skills for future development.
In accordance with the proposed context, it can be stated that the academic authors have addressed diverse concepts of reflection learning in regards to the development of an individual. Here in this setting, it can be noted that reflection learning can help the student with accumulation and learning material to support their future learning prospects with advanced and experienced learning objectives. In addition to that, the necessity of counseling in the reflective learning also has been discovered in the effective manner. The paper has addressed the various dynamics and theories applied in the counseling method to deal with the clients expectations in the proper manner. Finally, it would be with mentioning that self-reflection learning advances the student’s learning ability as well as facilitates the beliefs and motives of learning prospects in the proper manner. Lastly, it can be concluded that to use effective reflection learning scheme in documenting the journey so that the developments of skills and different types of reflection can be identified.
