The safety of the patients is the highest priority for any healthcare organizations. There are a number of factors which can contribute significantly to a particular aim. First of all, it is important for healthcare professionals to be fully responsible for the patients they are attending. Along with this, it is important to make sure that the staffs who are attending the patients are making use of appropriate technologies to detect the slightest change in the health conditions of their patients (Panagioti et al. 2018).
From error to harm:
Errors in healthcare organizations can lead to fatal consequences. The frequencies of error can only be mitigated through proper training and with the help of proper medical technologies. However, first and foremost, it is important to take note that, without a sense of professionalism and responsibility, it is never possible for healthcare professionals to avoid errors in their profession. And finally, it is important to make sure that healthcare specialists are maintaining cutting edge technologies in their workplace and disbanding outdated ones (Guttman et al. 2019).
Human factor and safety:
In the healthcare industry, the quality of the workforce is the biggest contributing factor which decides the success rate of the particular organization and helps to determine the quality of service of the patients. They are also considered as the most contributing factor for the safety of the patients. It is only via maintaining good communication and a professional bond with the patients it is possible to determine their requirements with proper depth. Along with this, it is based on proper human interaction; the healthcare organization can predict future health issues of the patients to which even the patients are unaware of (Stang et al. 2018).
Teamwork and Communication in a Culture of Safety:
The daily operation taking place in a healthcare organization can be extremely complex for a single staff to cope up with. Hence, in this scenario, only proper teamwork synchronized with the appropriate level of communication can actually reduce the level of complexity and relive the staffs with a huge workload to some extent. Communication is the key factor in a team of healthcare specialists as it allows reaching to the conclusion much faster and coming up with decisions becomes much easier (O'Donovan et al. 2018).
Responding to Adverse Events:
In a healthcare organization, it is actually wrong to assume that all of the events after dedicated hard work will be in favor of healthcare specialists. Even after maintaining strict professional ethics and remaining highly responsible, the healthcare specialists will face some adverse events. In such scenarios, coming up with correct decisions within a very short duration can actually be used to alter the adverse event in favor of the patient as well as for the healthcare professionals (Kable et al. 2018).

The concept of triple aim is divided into three segments; improving the quality and satisfaction level among the patients, enhancing the number of healthy population and reduction of per capital health expense. The tripe aim covers all the major points which cover all the dimension of the best healthcare service which can be provided to the patients. It is entitled to an ambitious growth of the industry by providing the best healthcare facility to the patients in the most systematic approach (Obucina et al. 2018).
Introduction to Health Care Improvement:
The concept of healthcare improvement consists of a number of factors. It is important to note that only when a proper synchronization is maintained among these factors the levels of healthcare service can truly be pushed to a new level. Although there can be a number of factors which can improve the quality of healthcare service, the biggest factor of them all is maintaining a trained and competent workforce and by shortening the waiting time of the patients to get a response from the healthcare professionals (Chartier et al. 2018).
The concept of leadership is similar to the healthcare industry to that of any other industry. This is due to the fact; the very concept of leadership revolves around the fact the gaining maximum from minimum available resources. However, the role of leadership in healthcare has a greater impact on any other forms of industry. It is because; even the slightest error made by a leader can cause the patient to face fatal consequence which when a repeated number of times can cause the healthcare organization losing their credibility in the market (Mustafa, et al. 2018).
Introduction to Patient-Centered Care:
Patient-centered care is considered as the first step towards better healthcare service. In this approach, the partnership with the values and expectations of the patients with healthcare professionals is merged to promote better flexibility in the service. The primary advantage of this approach is higher patient satisfaction (Charrois et al. 2018).
Leading Quality Improvement:
Despite the fact that there can be various variables which can improve the nature of medicinal services administration, the greatest factor of all is keeping up a prepared and capable workforce and by shortening the holding up time of the patients to get a reaction from the human services experts (Johnson et al. 2018).
