I. Introduction

In carrying out any form of business, scrutinizing the flaws and adopting new methods for development is essential to make changes. However, for the organization to change their policies, it is very important for each employee to adapt to these changes and implement them in their work process. Certain effective strategies are therefore essential; to be made to take necessary steps to implement all the changes in each and every section of the organization for their proactive development. Organization's culture is crucial for the development of the company thereby eradicating all the negative aspects and flaws. A free communication is therefore essential between the employees and the management to understand their issues and make the necessary changes (Distelberg et al. 2014).The entire development of the organization thus depends on how well the changes are implemented thereby maintaining a flexible work culture.  The assignment aims at understanding the strength and weaknesses of an organization thereby taking the necessary steps to implement the changes required.

II. Content and Analysis

2.1 Selection of theories of leading and managing change

For carrying out the changes in an organization, several theories are followed to understand the causes and effect of all the problems faced (Shani and Noumair, 2017). They include the Lewis’s change management model, Kotter’s theory, Nudge theory, ADKAR and such all of which aim at understanding the psychology of the individual members within the organization and providing them respective training and education to acquaint them with all the changes and policies made by the organization which aim at developing their cultural structure and workforce (Platzeket al. 2014). Following several effective strategies help to mould their skills and help in better communication amongst all. This in turn helps to empower the employees thereby maintaining persistence to achieve all the long term and short term goals of the organization (Haapasaariet al. 2016). Following a proper cycle based on these theories help to create a healthy work culture within the organization and enthuse the employees to work better thereby sharpening their skills and talents to put their 100% for the development of the organization and implementing all these changes successfully (Yusuf et al. 2014)

2.2 Critical evaluation of the strengths and weaknesses

Based on the author’s opinion, several factors are responsible to influence the strength and weaknesses of an organization (Welbourne, 2014). A well defined project plan helps to implement the work process better and stronger thereby making the organization internal base strong. Maintaining a healthy work culture helps to increase the market share of any organization and help in development of the company (Dawson and Andriopoulos, 2014). This in turn increases the profit ratio and helps the organization to grow. However due to lack of a strategic management plan brings down the capacity of the workers thereby leading to the downfall on the growth of the company (Basile and Faraci, 2015). Instability and insufficiency in the workplace result in bringing down the work culture thereby hampering their work.

2.3 Critical evaluation of the positive and negative points

To maintain a healthy work culture and work force, a proper management is essential with a better problem solving and understanding of all the flaws present within the organization (Svane and Boje, 2015). Constant assessing of all the flaws help to chalk down all the issues that turn up at every point thereby focusing on bettering the communication between the employees and the management as well as with the patients to carry out their work effectively (Ewensteinet al. 2015). Failing to maintain the ethical behavior and work culture however brings down the quality of work thereby hampering the relationship amongst all. An unhealthy competition and disagreements can further cause problems for the organization thereby hampering the growth of the company (Francesch-Huidobroet al. 2017)

2.4 Discussion of point of view based on evaluation of critical analysis

The theoretical model of change helps in examining and understanding of the flaws present in the organization and what factors need to be implemented to find solutions to it (Beck and Cowan, 2014). For each stage involved in the change several strategies need to be implemented such as contemplation, precontemplation, preparation for all forms of issues and risks, taking the respective actions to fight the problems, proper maintenance of the entire system and eradicating any factor including the employees which may cause problems for the organization (Schönen et al. 2014). This in turn results in raising a form of consciousness amongst all employees who are working to understand their job roles effectively and work for the development (Steffen and Naujokat, 2016). Behavioral changes need to be thoroughly kept in check and through proper personnel changes, the negative aspects can easily be removed from the system thereby helping in their progress and growth.  Implementing all the positive changes with inclusion of proper motivation and other facilities can further enthuse them to work better and use their skills in their own fields of expertise for the development of the organization (Matos Marques Simoes and Esposito, 2014). Removing all the evils from the organization such as conflicts, unhealthy competition and unethical issues can bring down the zeal for work and adopting innovative and new ideas and methods which can ease down their work and help them in their progress.

III. Conclusion

It can therefore be concluded that an organization can only work effectively when all the key factors present are thoroughly analyzed and if any changes are required in the system, properly implemented. To make the employees accept to these changes is one of the biggest challenges faced in every organization and that needs to be properly managed with the help of effective strategies and motivations thereby increasing their zeal to work better. All the evils need to be eradicated and positive aspects need to be implemented through a proper analyzing of the different sections of an organization.
