TASK SUMMARY:

You are required to develop a portfolio of documents using the planning templates provided.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Based on the selected idea, or concept, that was raised in Task 2 and following on from your discussions with others, you will need to develop a portfolio of documents as listed below. In your portfolio you will need to develop and include the following:

A visual mock-up of the concept
This is a basic visual representation of your idea which should display what the system will look like.
Include the process flow from a user experience.
Explain what the system will do/how it will work.
During your presentation you will need to explain how you will Initiate the trial, taking account of all required consultative, coaching and technical issues as well as Monitor and review the trial.
This can be done using any suitable computer program such as PowerPoint, Word or design programs. This mock-up can also be hand drawn, however this will be used as a presentation resource in this task.
