This concept increases the ability of the children to tell a story by reading a printed picture in the book. It helps to develop their verbal skills and encourage them to use their concept and words at the time of telling a story (Selg, 2015). The teachers arranged puppet shows for the children, and it develops the children’s dramatic skill. During the meal time in the school, the conversation among the children develops children’s speaking, listening and riddles, and rhyming skill. The craft activity develops the children’s painting and drawing skill and fine monitor skill.

Steiner’s Early childhood education and care theory concept is the best early childhood education concept to develop numeracy and formal literacy. Steiner’s Early childhood education and care approaches enhance the sensitivity of feelings, clarity of thoughts and increase the strength of will (Turnbull, 2017). According to Steiner’s education concept, the first three years of the child’s life is the most important part of their life. Children trust their teachers and caregivers and dependent on them. It means that schoolteachers who are involved in the caring of the children, they must have a special set of personal quality and skills to ensure that they are able to fulfil the needs of each child by giving their proper guidance (Dahlin, 2017). The teachers must maintain the calm, peaceful, familiar environment in the school that helps the children to explore their quality. Steiner’s early childhood education and care concept develop the meaningful importance of the daily activities among the children that include exploring nature, physical activity, cleaning, gardening, washing, cooking and more.

The young children developing their learning experiences through the play, structure activities that include gardening, playing, cooking. These activities develop using the concept of different tools (Ott, 2017). This concept develops the child’s own problem-solving skill and communication skill. It develops the child’s own creative experiences. This alternative schooling concept of the Steiner awakened the self-consciousness among the children. It develops the thinking capacity of the children to become more active in their life. In the first stage, Steiner’s early childhood education and care concept develop the cognition concept. Perception concept and develops the children’s memory function. From the age of 2 to 4 years children, their imaginative power is improved they are able to use their creative imagination power (Selg, 2015). From 5 to 7 years children, they are able to set goals and achieve the goals through applying their concept.

The meaningful adult activity of the teacher is playing an essential role in developing a healthy education environment for the children. It influences the teacher to present meaningful activity in front of the children (Pavlovic et al., 2017). It helps to develop children’s healthy sense of morality. The teachers are influencing the children by arranging self-directed play and tell stories of the literary heritage to develop a child’s language skill and for nourishing the memory of the children. Self-directed play concept develops movement skill, artistic skill, expression and imagination skill of the children. Steiner’s education concept develops the rhythmic skill of children. It brings continuation and reassurance in the life of the children and making a trustworthy relationship to unfold the new chapter of life.

Steiner’s early childhood education and care concept is the alternative concept of schooling. The alternative school concept is totally different from the mainstream concept of schooling (Ott, 2017). However, the other country claims that Steiner’s early childhood education and care concept is an inappropriate concept for religious and secular education. One another claim raise that the Steiner’s early childhood education and care concept use racial component into the schooling activity (Pavlovic et al., 2017). However, it founds that Steiner’s early childhood education and care concept is more creative and resilience. It promotes better health for the children; their imaginative and creative power is developed through different practical experiences. It helps to improve the self-esteem factor of the children.

Conclusion:

After analyzing the concept of Steiner’s early childhood education and care, it is concluded that this education practice is more effective than the mainstream concept of schooling. I think it is more creative and effective thought of the education process. From my aspect, children do not learn by giving instruction but they learn through imitation and this early childhood education concept totally based on the practical experiences. I think that early childhood means before the age of eight years, children are going through the rapid phase of development and growth. Their brain is developing faster than the other stage of life. They trust and depend on their caregivers and teachers. Therefore, it is required to develop their cognitive skill, socio-emotional skill, and self-esteem factor during this childhood stage. I think that Steiner’s early childhood education and care concept is the best concept of education that develops a child’s cognitive skill, socio-emotional skill, and self-esteem factor during this childhood stage. In addition, Steiner’s education concept develops a child’s spiritual and ethical aspect. I think the meaningful adult activity of the teachers and caregivers helps in developing their morality skill. Children’s are more attracted by the practical experiences; it helps to develop their imagination and creativity skill. Steiner’s early childhood education and care have also maintained this curriculum to provide a proper educational environment for the children. I think Steiner’s education concept provides more practical and rich oral learning experiences to develop children’s sense of wonder and imagination power. I think teachers in early education need to adaptive and creative to understand the requirements of the children. This creative and adaptive nature of the teacher provides proper guidance to the children and help them to develop their creativity skill. From my aspect, The Steiner’s early childhood education and care concept is the best educational concept for early childhood education. The teachers of Steiner’s alternative school are more adaptive and creative in nature to understand the requirements of the children because the meaningful adult activity of the teacher is playing an essential role in developing a healthy education environment for the children.
