Introduction
In the era of contemporary world, everything is easily available and accessible. Previously people had to travel the world in water transport (ships) or in trains, and this would take lot of time for the passengers to reach their destination. But with the adverse effect of globalization, people can travel to places in short duration with the help of air transport, i.e. Airplanes. And one of the renowned air flights is Tiger Airways Australia private limited which is operating Tigerair Australia. The Tigerair commenced its service from 23rd November 2007 and has its main airport based in Melbourne Airport. On 2011, Civil Aviation Safety Authority grounded the airline and it got its second base on 7th March 2012 in Sydney Airport. And the third base was operated from Brisbane in 2014. The Tigerair is a holding company of Virgin Australia Holdings and owns 60% of its stake and thinking of owing rest 40% in the airline. The airline has biggest rivalry with Jetstar (another airline company) and has performed ahead than the company. The Tigerair achieved on-time arrival rate by 76.3% than Jetstar who achieved 76.1%. The company had lowest cancellation rate by 1.2% only.
Previously Tigerair was going through massive breakdown where it had lost customer loyalty and faith though later came back with surprising change. The customer satisfaction went down by 37% and lost four flights out of ten. Around 85% of domestic flights of Tigerair arrived on time compared to Jetstar who scored only 78%. The passenger number increased to 11.6% and passenger capacity increased to 14%. The Tigerair will fleet out A320s and has introduced Boeing 737s (Amtrup, 2015). Analyst Sam Dobson has analyzed and found that there will be 6% growth in coming year in Tigerair whereas the rest of the airline market will remain same and flat. The ticket price increased to 1.4% for the betterment of the customer and change in infrastructure. The airline has started flying to Bali from January 2018 and it will take over the route of Phuket to generate healthy competition to Jetstar. Currently the airline holds two major aircrafts, those are: Airbus A320 (numbers of fleet: 12) and Boeing 737s (numbers of fleet: 3). The Tigerair airlines has introduced innovative products for its customer like mobile boarding passes. It has enhanced entertainments for the customers featuring new releases of movies, music videos and Tv shows across the airline’s fleet. The completion Tigerair’s lounge gate in Terminal-4. The Tigerair airline operates 21 domestic route with the country and 13 routes around Australia. A new route of Hobart- Gold Coast was launched on December, 2017. It is a low cost carrier compared to other airlines in Australia. The airline has 25 million passengers and has employed 1,100 people including cabin crew, pilots and ground staffs. The airline promises about the safety, affordability and friendly approach to the customer. The airline company provides an attractive service known as ancillary services. Such form of services attracts the customer such as free Wi-Fi connection, early boarding, and primary seating. Other than ancillary services, the customers are provided baggage and wallet to attract their interest towards the company. The main motto of the company is to provide best services to the customer. Other than that, it looks after the budget of choice which all the customers can access in respect to their choices.

Therefore, the researcher chose secondary research method (Chandrasekharan, 2016). As for evaluating the importance of business integration, the researcher evaluates the different models, which are made by different author. This journal is illustrated that the internet of things helps the company to increase productivity and help the company to reduce its cost money. The researcher collects the information from the journal that how the internet of things helps the business organization and what are the problems that company is faced with operating the internet of things. as the research is focused on the Tiger airlines, therefore, the internet of things help the company to operate their business process in the better way (Venkatesh, Systèmes d'Information et Management,). Moreover, if the company is used the internet of things then it is helped the company to reduce their cost money and helped to increase the productivity.

This journal is basically based on the strategy and strategic management tool which that company is needed to adapt for the better performance. Thus, validity and reliability both of the dimensions are an important part of the researchers it provides the belief to the business organization whether the research is even able to imply or not. In this research, the quantitative and qualitative researchers have been done to accomplish the project work. In addition, the different types of researchers such as test-retest reliability, internal consistency and inter-rater reliability. While the validity can be conducted as the face validity, contact validity and construct validity.
