In the present context it can be stated that a company or a business under go unrelenting changes. Moreover, it can be stated here that it is important that the organization is able to adjust to these changes. It is essential that there are people who are able to turn strategies into reality and into practice.
It can be stated here that the role of mangers are important and it is because these are the people who are required to implement and articulate the changes among the employees and the different stakeholders of the company.
This will enable people to work effectively as the plan has been made and the role of the managers will be to effectively supervise the process. This will help in increasing the performance of the system as the changes are made in order to increase the efficiency.

The suppliers are also important stakeholders of the organization because the organizational performance is dependent of the supplies procured from them. Any flaw in this context has the potential to deteriorate the condition. The care providers are the most vital stakeholders of the process, because of their effort have a direct impact on the health as have been evident from Mafraq hospital (Hayes, 2014).

In order to formulate an effective team within the system, it needs to be ensured that the choosing people with similar skill sets and attributes are essential so that they can fit within the schedule and holistic training can be provided to them otherwise provision of training becomes a difficult task for the organization. This hampers performances and deteriorates the quality of the services, so it is important organizations choose people with similar skill set while forming a team.
