Emotional feeling

I have been very effective in doing the productive work and helping my co-workers while I am doing work in team. 

My emotional strength

MY emotional strength is that I do get attached to the negative things. I take things very positively when I am doing work. In many cases, I have felt that whenever I was deprived of my own privileged in my work I did not take anything for serious or do not get indulged in negative thoughts due to the acts happened. However, I gave my best to develop my own divergent and coherent thinking to strengthen my own experience and learn what went wrong this time and how I could make it better so that next time I could get what I deserve.  The strength of neglecting negative things is one of the best emotional strength. In addition to this, I am also good in setting up strong connectivity with my co-workers emotionally which helped to increase my team work and productivity in my workplace. 

My emotional weakness

The emotional weakness in my life is that I get too attached to the person around me and it affects my adaptability strength towards the changes. For instance, when I was relocated to other team, I became very tensed and disappointed due to the team change. I got totally attached to my old team members and I only wanted to work with them. The change which company brought in my work life affected my productivity and I failed to deliver expected results for a while. Nonetheless, after some time period, I got normal and managed my all work effectively. The emotional weakness of attaching with others too much may be the big problem for me when I am allocated a big project for my work by organization. 

Personal stressors and own emotional states related to the workplace

The main personal stressors and own emotional states related to the workplace I felt during my course work life is that I feel terrible when I am neglected by my superior. I always feel disappointed when the less weightage is given to my work and my recommendation are taken under the due care. Nonetheless, I take care of myself and control over my thinking. I somehow feel like I am caught in the jail and trapped to do nothing. The personal stressors and own emotional states related to the workplace of mine is one the biggest issue I have been facing and affecting my personal and professional life little bit. I need to learn how I could develop the power of the disappear things which are not good or affecting my own personal and professional life.

 Summarize the results of the test

The results which I got after giving the online test got be surprised. I got more than 50 marks out of 60. It was really amazing to know that I am good in my emotional intelligence test. Nonetheless, I was also surprised that I need to work on some other aspects as well to make my learning and emotional intelligence better. However, the quiz result has shown that the strength of neglecting negative things is one of the best emotional strength and gave me good marks. The quiz results were really amazing but also gave me the sight that I need to strengthen my some of the parts to make me more effective in work and emotional intelligence aspect. I failed to grab more marks in my test due to my weak point of the negative aspects which reveals that I need to develop my personal attachment to the person around me and it affects my adaptability strength towards the changes. Either, I could undertake my own self-review plan or I could undertake a monitoring process on timely basis to make me eliminate these issues. The rest results which I got out of the quiz gave me the mirror of my own learning and depicts me where I need to work on myself. 

Changes to ensure that professionally I could control my emotional feelings in a workplace

I have learned that emotional feeling in workplace is completely wrong thing if I want to be the productive worker. I need to work on some other aspects as well to make my learning and emotional intelligence better. I have learned that I need to strengthen my professional work program. However, in my work life experience, I have found that The change which company brought in my work life affected my productivity and I failed to deliver expected results for a while I could control my own emotional felling of attaching with people by making me completely indulged in the work program. I should focus on undertaking the own self-review plan or I could undertake a monitoring process on timely basis to make me eliminate these issues.  In addition to this, the another work program could be that I could focus on making me indulged in more productive work and less focused on the public relation in my work program. I should also consistently take the changing program in my team work. Consistently changing the team in the process will be helpful to strengthen my emotional feeling and I could save myself from being emotionally attached with others. I also need to learn that in our working environment we come to work not to set up the relation. However, we should be polite to each other, respectful and kind as well but setting up the emotional feeling with the team workers will slow down the productivity and also result to the less outcomes in the end. Therefore, the main thing which I could take to control my emotional feeling in workplace would be that I would constantly take the team change opportunity so that it could strengthen my emotional aspects and helps me to cope with no string attached things with others.
