A strong workforce is necessary to improve health care services in Australia. Economic growth of the country depends upon the healthy population. Therefore, Australia invests more in the health system to recruit skilled workforces from an international level, which enhances the economic growth of the country. The employment of the health sector work increases by 48% means demands for the worldwide health workforce will increase continuously and creating a more job vacancy for the Health Worker. Lack of skilled health worker is created demand of the skilled international workforce, which promotes health security, economic growth and provide social protection.
The international health worker registered by the national accreditation and registration scheme (NARS) with the Australian medical board which is initiated by the Australian medical board in the year of 2010 at 1st July. The skilled medical practitioner supply is increased and the average annual growth is 1.6%, and skilled nurses and midwives number is increased in between the 25 to 34 age group is 51,686 to 65,099 and over 55 age group is increased from 63170 to 77068. The skilled dentist men workforces are increased by 62%, and skilled women dental therapists and health therapist are increased by 98% and 86% respectively (Oral health and dental care in Australia, 2015). Therefore, the number of registered skilled nurses is increasing, but there is a shortage of experienced midwives, it decreased by 21.2% between 2011 to 2015 (Nursing and midwifery workforce, 2015). The number of registered nurses increased by 11% but the number of enrolled nurses decreased by 0.8%. The supply of the skilled nurses and midwives are varied across the different areas, the percentage (12.1%) of the nurses in a remote area is very lowest from the expectation. So the services of the skilled nurses are balanced, but the services of the skilled midwives are a shortage in the amount. The supply of medical practitioners are higher and maintain the balance to support the health care of Australia and also most skilled dentists employed in significant cities in the rate of 80.0%, but in the remote area, the percentage rate is only 0.9% (Medical practitioners workforce, 2015). Therefore, the major cities have the highest rate means an oversupply of dental therapists. So, it is concluded that immigration of international health care workforce is increasing continuously; it says Australia increases reliantness for immigration of international health care workforce to meet health care workforce supply in the country.

Reasons of historically for this development within Australia
This development is needed to improve the health care section of Australia. The strong healthcare workforces are needed to deliver quality health services to the people of the country, and the skilled workforce is provided social health care security to the people, and it indirectly helps to increases the economic growth of the country. Australia increases the recruiting of the international skilled health care workforce to improve the entire system of country health care services and the investment in the social and health care services are returning a huge profit. This investment id the productive investment for the country which helps to provides efficient social outcomes increases the economic growth of the country. The suitable, appropriate policies are helping to improve the skill of the international health care workforces which provides long term profits for the country. These are reasoned this development within Australia (Migration of Health Workers, 2016).
The current policies to improve the health care services of the country are sustainable to recruit more international health workforce. The low skilled health care workforces are decreases the quality services to the people of the country. So, Australia decided to recruit the international health workers by providing a facility for the immigration and provides proper training to improve there personal skill and performances and also recruit the health care services to the underprivileged areas to gain more knowledge. These policies are helping to attract international health worker. Australia increases the job vacancy in health care services. The recruit of medical practitioners has increased by 1.6% percent annually and also the number of registered nurses increased by 11% which create more vacancy for the health care services and provides more opportunity to the international health care workers (Migration of Health Workers, 2016) Australia provides practical training and guidance courses for the international health care workers which attracts the skilled international workforces, this training services increases the sustainability in the job and provides proper job security and also helps to get growth in the profession. This world-class training service in the country is attracting more international workers. IOM stated that well managed and well-structured migration of the international health workers plan a vital role to improve the economic state of the country (Siyam, & Dal poz, 2014). So, improving the chances of the migration helps to develop the overall health care services of the country and spreads social security to the people of the country . the policies of Australia should be developed to provides proper services to the international health workers who provide useful services to the country.
Implementing techniques of the Australian government which helps to reduce the bad effects of the immigration of international health care workforce
There is also a negative impact of the huge recruitment of the international healthcare workforce which it decreases the opportunity for the own country skilled health care workforce who have completed the study from an Australian university, but it is challenging to get chance in the health care services due to the massive number of international workforce recruitment. Also, the global economic downturn creates an impact on the migration; the skilled international workforces are attracted by the high salaries, so the global economic downturn reduces the salary percentage which is not acceptable for the migrating people. So the international workforces are rejected to provide proper services to the health care system of the country (Medical practitioners workforce, 2015). So, to overcome these negative impact of the health worker migration by increasing the opportunity for the country’s own skilled health care services students who are eligible to work in this field and complete the study from the reputational Australian universities. Also providing proper training and guidance to the own country’s students to improve the skill of the health care services and provides an opportunity to improves the performance services. It also reduces the negatives effects of the health care migration by decreasing the percentages of the recruitment of the international health care worker like 30% of the recruitment are conducted by recruiting international skilled workers. On the other hand, 70% recruitment is conducted from the Australian country’s students which helps to reduce the negative effect of the health worker migration. It also increases the opportunities of the country’s students to improve the skill and to show competence to improve the health care services of the country which helps to improves the economic growth of the country (Siyam, & Dal poz, 2014).
From the above analysist, it becomes clear that the policies of Australia are sustainable to attract the international health workers who provide respect to the international health workers and this policies increase the economic growth of the country and also improve the health status of every level of the people.
