Specific theories such as Trait, Influence, Relational and Contingency methods are helping different types of leadership generation

In this regard, I would like to mention the fact that I have been oriented towards the relational leadership maintenance since the school days. In my student life, leadership application has ensured my personal and professional development. Influence is important for a leader to influence the other persons. The intention of the leaders must be clear, and it must ensure guidance towards the followers.
