Leadership is effective for a shared purpose and ensures a relationship with the other individuals. Vision is important in this regard for leaders and management skills to plan for the organizations. Specific theories such as Trait, Influence, Relational and Contingency methods are helping different types of leadership generation

In this regard, I would like to mention the fact that I have been oriented towards the relational leadership maintenance since the school days. In my student life, leadership application has ensured my personal and professional development. I was a very self-oriented person during school days, but with the interaction in-group, I have learned to generate people centered leadership.Lessons that have been learned from the weekly material and personal development have been represented as follows-
Influence is important for a leader to influence the other persons. The intention of the leaders must be clear, and it must ensure guidance towards the followers.
Personal responsibility and integrity are vital to complete the shared purpose (Witjes Vermeulen and Cramer 2017)
Chapter 2Autocratic and democratic behaviors of leaders are concerned with people and task oriented approaches. These are effective for applying the personal characteristics to manage the organizational work. It is beneficial for the integrity maintenance following the ethical principles.
Motivation maintenance is essential from the end of leaders to keep the people in work. In-Group and Out-Group subordinates’ maintenance are vital from the end of leaders.
I have learned the work ethics maintenance in the group work during my school days group assignment completion. We had been assigned with the role to exchange the position of leader. I have always tried to maintain the integrity in the group. However, in the initial stages, I have faced difficulties with maintaining communication with all and listening to the queries of others. However, I have learned the aspects of In-Group subordinate’s maintenance.  I have learned that operational role, collaborative role and advisory role are important in this regard to deal with the team or groups a leader. One has to ensure the application of the right role based on the demand of the situation. Advisory role is beneficial for ensuring guidance, whereas collaborative role is beneficial for horizontal responsibilities.

Thus, path goal development has been initiated a long time ago. It has helped me a lot to manage my personal life in terms of daily works and completing the assigned tasks.
I have learned the fact that group cohesiveness and formalization are important as a leader.
Development of leadership capabilities can be generated through structured tasks and ensuring the intrinsic satisfaction in the team (Oplatka and Arar 2016).
