According to this theory the employees in an organization and their relation in the organization goes through various stages. These stages have been described below.

The first step is the forming stage where the team is formed and the employees in the team get to know about each other. This step introduces the team to them as they get to know their role and responsibilities in the organization.

Behavioural theory is based o the behaviours of the previous famous leaders, their way of leading their teams and their traits that helps in teaching the employees about leadership. According to the theory it is said that leadership cannot be inherited rather it can be learnt with proper guidance and training given. Learning forms the basis of this type of theory. Behavioural theory is based o the behaviours of the previous famous leaders, in which the leadership is being conducted (O'Neill et al, 2015). 

4.2 Analysis of the management of the working relationship at St-Margaret’s Nursing Home

The democratic style of leadership has been very influencing for my own personal growth. It has helped in gaining knowledge on how to be a leader by applying the democratic leadership learning. The assignment has helped me in gaining teamwork development training. I have learned to be effective and efficient while working in a team, teaching the various benefits of working together in a group and its effect in the operations of the organization. It has also taught me the basic process of recruitment that is to be followed while selecting the best candidate in the organization to work. there various factors that effects the personal development other the ones that has been mentioned. Workplace environment is another important factor that is to be maintained so that the employees can work freely without any stress.

Thus, it can be concluded that for any health and care sector organization it is important for the company to conduct proper training and development of the employees. It is also important for the organization to develop special training and workshops for the employees by conducting performance feedback evaluation. This will allow the organization to give the employees an opportunity to build and develop themselves for the organization.
