I have learned to be effective and efficient while working in a team, teaching the various benefits of working together in a group and its effect in the operations of the organization. It has also taught me the basic process of recruitment that is to be followed while selecting the best candidate in the organization to work. there various factors that effects the personal development other the ones that has been mentioned. Workplace environment is another important factor that is to be maintained so that the employees can work freely without any stress.
Thus, it can be concluded that for any health and care sector organization it is important for the company to conduct proper training and development of the employees. It is also important for the organization to develop special training and workshops for the employees by conducting performance feedback evaluation. This will allow the organization to give the employees an opportunity to build and develop themselves for the organization.
