However, when conducting the activities, the consultant is required also considered all the barriers that might reduce the effectiveness of the activities and necessary precautions were taken care of to ensure proper learning and improvement of social and cultural diversity. Moreover, before participating in the workshop activities, a general consent form should be collected from the students along with their background details to ensure that the students participating in a specific workshop activity, meets the criteria and requirement of the activity to make it effective and insightful for them.

With the help of the chosen workshop activities, the consultant had planned on exploring the social and cultural diversity concepts with the students and made the topic interesting for them through interactive games, role plays and discussions.
