Integrating the activities with the topic:
Self -awareness:
By the help of a consent form which will include individual strength and weaknesses potential of students regarding self-awareness will be very easy to recognise. Alongside, intuitive activities play a significant role to develop self-awareness. The feedback forms of students will reflect their scores of self-awareness. Meditation will help the students to control their mind and manage stress and also to be self-aware. Self-awareness is required to develop EI within a person. Hence, the aforementioned strategies with its instructions are so compelling to propound emotional intelligence.
Self-control:
During gameplay sessions, the students will be focusing on the games rather than their emotional triggers. Apart from that, a daily diary will be handy to track their progress as well as to restrict the flaws. To-do list and breathing sessions will help them to manage their emotional triggers as well as their stress formation. In the development of emotional intelligence, it is essential to control yourself in any situation. The strategies regarding self-control which are mentioned earlier is very significant to develop EI in the students.
Self-motivation:
Stay motivated is a crucial criterion for developing EI. Friends can help a person to overcome his or her demotivational factors. Thus, engaging more with friend circle can significantly boost the students to stay motivated. A short nap is essential to refresh the mind as well as to regenerate the body parts.
Empathy:
By resolving critical problems, students can improve their understanding. Alongside, they will also learn about how to manage a crucial situation. Besides, group discussion helps to gain others viewpoint regarding any subject matter. Topics like age, the race will assist the students in managing diversity in a place. These strategies will not only enhance the EI; it will also strengthen the coping skill of the students.
Relationship skill:
Gameplay as a group enhances the relationship skill of people. Thus, this strategy will be implemented to improve EI. Moreover, GD sessions without raising any biases will help the students to increase their relationship skills.
Caring environment:
Balloon bounce is a crucial strategy by the help of which students can learn about how to respect other's thoughts and also learn to support them. Every person is required to stay in a safe and secure position. Hence, students will develop a safe environment for their friends. This strategy will enhance students' potential regarding EI.
Instructions to execute the activities:
Self -awareness:
●A student will be chosen by me, among the students to collect the consent form from everyone and submit the forms to me.
●The selected student will deliver the feedback forms individually and fill the forms under his or her leadership.
●Some set of questions will be prepared by me to ask the items to the students. The collections of questions will be different for everyone.
●The selected student will conduct the mediation session by grouping the learners.
Self-control:
●A room will be chosen in which a massive group of students will fit. After that, some games will be delivered to them for playing and removing temptation.
●The leader will collect filled diaries from my individual and submit it to me after one week of the sessions.
●Alongside the to-do list will also submit in the same way.
Self-motivation:
●A group will be created, which consists of 10 people each. The ten people will submit their daily routine to one of them. At the end of one week, the diaries will be forwarded to me.
●The leader will select a specific time for taking a short nap.
Empathy:
●I will prepare some critical mathematical questions and provide them to recognise their potential to manage an uncomfortable situation.
●I will conduct the GD under the supervision of the chosen student.
●The students will ask to note down their key points of biases regarding any topic and resolve the key factors themselves.
Relationship skill:
●Some strategical games, I will choose and provide to the students. Such as Crossword puzzles, chess, computer games etc.
●The topic of GD has to be precise, which can engage a lot of students. The students will provide some time to gain knowledge regarding the matter.
Caring environment:
●Among all students, 15 to 20 students group division will be created and asked to remove all the vulnerable factors which may affect them. Throughout this, they will be able to develop a safe environment.
Risk registration:
Activities | Risks | Grade |

Diversity management:
The group will be created in such a way in which people will join who belong to various ages, ethnicities and Gender. This kind of practice will help the students to prevent their stereotyping behaviour towards others. Alongside, every session will be conducted throughout one week. After the completion of one week, the second session will be done. By the help of this strategy Diversity of the activities can be effectively managed by me. Individual strengths and weaknesses will not reveal to others to keep the data safe and secure. Also, the person can be saved by maintaining the confidentiality of his or her data. I will choose the games which relate to the development of emotional intelligence. Some relevant games are already stated above. Self-motivation is very crucial regarding emotional intelligence. That is why I will assist the students in remaining motivated in any task. If any biases take place in the GD sessions, then the topic should be rejected, and a new topic will be provided to the students to maintain the GD round flawlessly. For developing respect to other multiple age groups of people will be engaged in a single group by me.
Part 2:
I hoped that students would be able to develop superior emotional intelligence within them. Throughout their academic career, it is imperative to have emotional intelligence alongside IQ. The strategies are beneficial and significant to develop emotional intelligence within the students. Every person likes to playing games rather than studies. Thus, I choose games to enhance their EI. In the accomplishment of anything, some flaws and barriers may arise. But, if I significantly overcome those barriers with the support of the participants them, the overall session can be carried out flawlessly. One of the significant obstacles regarding the context is the delay in submitting the forms. If students forget to fill some sections of the forms, then I will not be able to recognise their strength and weaknesses. In the development of EI, it is a necessity to understand the weaknesses and strengths of every individual. Apart from that, the students should not contradict with any person's point of view. As every individual has their perspective and personality. If some biases take place, then the students should mitigate those by themselves.
Moreover, I can tell that effective use of the strategies can help the students to develop EI which should support them throughout their academic life. By the help of EI, students can manage their emotions in any place and situation also. In terms of psychology, students will be able to manage their stress too. The planning, as mentioned earlier regarding the development of EI, should help the students in their career. This workshop could help in enhancing their decision making skills, problem solving skills and management skills as well.
