The purpose of all assessments, combined, is to reflect on your own leadership journey, obtain feedback from your assigned partner and other trusted sources, evaluate your current leadership style, effectiveness and potential and then prepare a plan for your continued development as a leader. The assessments are integrated pieces of work and you should draw on the first parts as you work on this final part. The first assessment focused on your journey so far and current capabilities. This final assessment report should present your plans for your future development as a leader.

Your Task:

The task for this assessment is to prepare and present a plan for your development as a leader. The period of your plan could be 2, 5 or 10 years. Select the period that makes most sense to you, depending on the current stage of your life and career. Briefly explain the reason for the time period that you have selected.

Your plan needs to be based on or anchored by an established model of personal development. A number of possible models were provided in Module 1. The choice of a model is up to you. The Whitman GROW and Boyatzis Intentional Change models are two of the most comprehensive at a personal level. However, other models may be more relevant to your current needs. You are also welcome to use an appropriate model that was not included in Module 1, provided it meets the tests of academic rigour and usefulness to you. Provide a brief description of your chose model and a justification for your selection. It is important that you go to the source documents and not rely only on the summary version of your chosen model.

1.0 Introduction

Leadership is common and the most effective approach that helps to develop a positive vibe in the environment. In addition, the proper leadership skill has played a significant role in order to manage the organizational structure and helps to develop a strong interaction between the employees. According to the present scenario it has been found that with the help of leadership skill the employees can be motivated towards the work which is also beneficial to deliver the task within the given time frame. This study mainly focuses on the development of leadership skills by explaining different types of models such as the Whiteman GROW model. The study also includes a brief explanation of the model and gives a brief report about its application over the leadership style. In this regard, it is seen that to manage the organizational skill and make a better perspective then it is necessary to develop a storing leadership plan. With the help of proper leadership planning then it will be beneficial for better services in an organization.

2.0 Experience of Leadership

Leadership is one of the most important and effective ways to motivate employees in the work culture. In addition to this, it has been found that leadership can also be effective to make better procurement in the work culture and provide better services (Jackson2018). As per my experience, it can be found that I was also experienced in leadership style while I was in an organization and I need to provide some kind of training that is related to the work field. At the same time, it can also be seen that at the time I need to follow some of the leadership styles which is beneficial to complete the task within the given time frame. As per my experience, I have followed the transactional leadership theory which is effective to make improvements in the organizational culture and services. In the context of transactional leadership theory, it mainly assists to influence others and motivate them in an effective way. In addition to this, it is also being seen that with the help of the above screen test the physiological it is necessary to be improved in an appropriate manner. In that case, it has been found that the proper improvement in the leadership style can be effective to improve the performances (Pidgeon2017). At the same time, to make improvements in the performances of the employees then it is necessary to develop a story ng interaction. Strong communication between the employees plays a significant role in the organization's culture as it itches to understudy the task in a proper manner. The proper innovation of the different aspects of the leadership style can also be effective to make better enhancement in the organizational services and make a better culture of the services.

However, it is seen that with the help of this structure it mainly includes the different work progress that helps to improve the career and gain the personality in an effective way. 3.2 Justification

Whiteman grow model is one of the effective and the most common tool that is adopted by the organization for better improvement and the services, in addition to this, it is seen that the with the help of this tool the organization can provide the appropriate security and the services to the customer and balance the organizational infrastructure in an effective way (Johnson& Smith2018). On the other hand, it is also found that with the help of this tool the organization can also understand customer awareness and the leadership styles which are beneficial to deliver the task with better quality as well as the services. Accordingly, it is also found that the above-mentioned tools are also beneficial to make better services as it helps to promote the organizational services. The application of this tool is beneficial to make a better relationship with the customer as well as it helps to develop a strong relationship between the employees (Gradyet al.2019). However, it is seen that the proper application of this tool can be effective to make better organizational culture and the services in a better way. In this regard, it is seen that the application of this tool provides deeper customer awareness and improves the performances effectively. In order to maintain the team members then it is necessary to make proper development of the services and provide better services. Accordingly, to make better services and deliver the task in a proper manner so I have selected the Whiteman GROW model that helps to monitor the task of the employees. With the help of this tool, the employees can develop a personality that is also beneficial; for improving their performances (GriffithBaur& Buckley2019). By using this tool the employees can improve the performances and make better career choices. At the same time, it is also fruitful to make better enhancement in the services in a proper manner.  Therefore it can be said that by the implementation of this tool it helps to make better development and helps to meet the career goal and objectives in a proper manner.

In addition to this, it is also beneficial to achieve the goals and make the objectives in an appropriate manner. However, I have also focused on the leadership style which was transactional leadership that helps to achieve the goal with my team members. Accordingly, this process is also fruitful to gain a positive attitude towards success and improve the level of efficiency accordingly.

As an example, Bill Gates is one of the well-known American entrepreneurs, programmers, investors, and philanthropists. Besides that, he is the CEO of Microsoft and presently one of the richest men in the world. After getting the success he was a student of Harvard University and got dropped out. After getting dropped out he wanted to make a proper decision and share with his parents that he wanted to start his own business. He also promised that if things are not getting good then he will join the university all over again and start his study. In that scenario, it has been seen that following the rules and regulations along with the proper implementation of the focused goal can be fruitful to make better outcomes. After that, that business helped him to get success and currently he is one of the richest people in the world. Hence it can be proved by maintaining the different rules and focus on the career can be essential to make enhancement in the business and helps to this turn out well.

To develop a positive attitude and ability to handle work under pressure: 

In order to develop a positive attitude towards the work culture and manage the organizational behavior then it is necessary to focus on certain things. As per my experience, I have focused on the employees' satisfaction and develop a strong interaction with them so that the employees can interact with me on an easy process. In addition to this, I have also developed innovative strategies to make better services of the company along with encouraging employees. Moreover, s strong relationship with the employees helps to motivate them and make a positive atmosphere in the work culture. Encouraging the employees is the most important approach which is required to be maintained in an appropriate manner. However, the proper implementation of the leadership and mar the business goal and objective it is necessary to manage all the considerations and learn from the mistakes. At the same time, I also need to learn self-control so that I can handle working under pressure. Self-control helps to resolve any complicated situation with a very cool and calm mind. However, it helps to make a positive attitude towards the work and aids to meet the success effectively.  

As an example of Andrew Mason is also an American businessman as well as an entrepreneur. After getting the success he also failed in his educational time, in addition to this, he worked as a web developer in a small organization and also got fired due to unreasonable circumstances. Furthermore, it can be seen that to become successful he strafes his own business and focus on his goals as well as objectives. The level of determination is the most effective factor that helps hymn to get succeed. In order to achieve the goal then it is necessary to gain the power of self-control. Self-control power is an effective approach that helps to work under presser. At the same time with this ability, I can also deliver the task within the given time frame. In addition to this, it is seen that the proper implementation of this power helps to motivate me and increase the efficiency of power accordingly.

Improve the communication process:

Therefore, it can be said by the initiation of this plan and the different models it is necessary to develop a proper leadership style along with adopting different models and theories for better customer services and improving the employee's performances effectively.
