Moreover, descriptive design will help the learners to gather insights into the research findings.
Data analysis plan
In this research, both qualitative, as well as quantitative data, will be gathered and analyzed. Different secondary resources will be collected in the research whereby key factors will be highlighted in this research. Similarly, relevant articles will be evaluated along with the assessment of authentic websites in order to incorporate appropriate data. However, it is mandatory to gather responses of people those are engaged in this sector. Hence, survey will be conducted over 50 migrant workers belong to the hospitality industry in New Zealand. Hence, after gathering responses, records will be elicited and regression analysis will be conducted with SPSS software.
This current research will adhere to data breach policies and confidential data of hospitality industry in New Zealand will not be revealed through this research. Apart from this, secondary data will be collected by acknowledging the previous researchers and citation will be done based on the research. Moreover, following research will not contain harmful factors that can impact the creatures and living things whereby risk of research will be reduced.
