Answer :

Task-1: Report (Reflective Journal)

1.Individual Reflection

Personal Values of you possess   (1.1)

Effect of the values on the   principles of Support in Health and Social Care

1.Equality

The concept of equality has evolved as an essential   component of health and social care. As an individual, I believe that equal   exposure to an opportunity is a fundamental right of a society or a community   member. The interception of equality in regards to the operational   responsibilities of health and social care may indicate to a fair attainment   of treatment and remedies for the affected personnel. The projection of equal   rights has depicted a strict adherence to every individual who are considered   as subjects within the nominated field. Equity in the procedure of treatment   of the subjects can ensure a fair projection of the operational ideologies   within the nominees (Hudson, 2002). I have asserted that an equal segregation of   opportunities is bound to influence a positive bonding within the team that   is operating with the goal of establishing a good society with fair health   care standards.

2.Honesty

“Honesty is the best policy” is an essential pillar of my   beliefs. I believe that an honest attitude in any work field is highly   essential for projecting a lucid portfolio of the workforce. The   establishment of a suitable base for the work components may be related to   the identification of the virtual aspects that may be related to the ethical   considerations involved in health and social care. A normal approach to a   work procedure can also be maintained through an acute adherence to the   values of self-esteem which if intercepted may reflect an encouragement for   an honest attitude. I believe that the basic consideration of work procedures   must emphasizes on the principles of honesty as health and social care deals   with the critical aspect of human survival in regards to life tenure and a   member of a community.

3.Kindness

Life Cycle of human beings evolves through various stages   in which an individual is bound to experience various vicissitudes. Kindness   reflects an attitude of generosity towards the poor and the deprived. The   communication within the various level of a community is essentially   influenced through the fundamentals of Kindness, which facilitates a   communication irrespective of the various segregation that generates   inferiority and superiority complex among certain segments and individual   representing a society.

4.Innovation

The concept of innovation attempts to create a suitable   relationship between the work approaches and implications of creative   perceptions in work procedures (Aveyard, 2014). The field of Health and Social   care projects an essential need of the innovative attitudes that can be utilized   for providing specific procedures for ensuring health care facilities. The   machines and devices that are utilized for ensuring optimum standards of   health care bears an acute resemblance to the differential proposition of   modern day science.

Assess how personal culture and   experience impact on your role as a health care professional when supporting   service areas (1.2)

The identified areas of work have reflected acute   deficiencies on the aspect of a normal heath care facility. The fiscal standards   of the community and the lacking on the aspects of the concerned governing   authorities can projected as attributions for the current scenario. From   childhood to being a adult, I have gained perceptions on the deprived nature   of the health care facilities being provided to an individual. I have   acknowledged that racial discrimination is one of the major hindrances in   ensuring equity in the projected health care standards of a community (Glasby and   Dickinson, 2014). The consideration of the perceptions of individuals,   which are represented as fragmented portions of community, is highly   essential for achievement of a unique standard on health care projections.   Knowledge about the variations of the cultural trends in the identified   community members has been intercepted as an essential element in regards to   a rapid interpretation of the individual requirements of the community   members.

2.Discussions on new developments and changes to personal values can impact on work in health and social care (AC 1.3)

A psychological aspect of individuals working as health and social care representatives has indicated to the adherence of virtues of promoting uniform standards for health and social facilities by developing a suitable framework for catering the basic needs of the community members. As an active participant, I have found an interest in differential values namely tolerance, fairness, privacy and self-reliance. The value of tolerance has been developed through different interactive sessions with various community members and acquisition of a lucid overview about their respective limitation on the aspect of health and social care accessibility. Tolerance is needed in order to patience levels which is required to ensure a critical interception of the problems or the issues that needs to be resolved as indicated by the task objective. The nomination of the probable solution is highly influenced by the values of self-reliance. It promotes a confident approach, which helps in the procedure of decision-making. The field of Health and Social care deals with a critical aspect of human survival, which demands a timely and accurate approach to decision making. In various cases, it has been identified that the subjects are affected to deep levels of psychological innuendoes and prefer a privacy of their problem. They generate a sense of insecurity with respect to believe that a public exposure of their problem may isolate them for their community or society. The capability of ensuring a privacy of the problem between the subject and me is expected to expand the scope of my research, which is essential for the future course of my career. The value of fairness can be projected as a collective interpretation of privacy, equality and tolerance in the case of health and social care. The identification of the gaps in promoting differential means of health statements or procedures of health care may be related to a effective interception of the mentioned values.

The active resentment of the procedure involved can be indicated through an ideal consideration of the work procedures.

It has portrayed me as an activist and a reflector. As an individual, I have reflected my interceptions through the positive and negative statements that are indicated in the answer scripts. The nomination of the varied credential of an active learner may be reflected through an acute consideration of the work attitudes (Rowe, 2017). The questionnaire set reflects decisions that may be taken in regards to a projected simulation or situation. I have been suggested as a activist as I prefer a through analytical approach in regards to the decision marking procedure rather than concluding on decisions based on intuition. Reflection on a scenario has been influenced through the previous experiences that have been gathered in the course of the work. A bold approach along with a analytical statement on a defined work procedure is expected justify the identification in accordance to the questionnaire.

Part 1: Partnership working

1.Explaination on the nature of different professional relationships in health and social care contexts (3.1)

The variances in the professional relationship existing in the domains of health and social care reflect an interpretation of the analytical statements that may reflect the prevailing standards in health and social care (Hutchinson and Jackson, 2015). In the above segment, the identification of the key strengths and weakness has provided with a lucid overview about the segregation of the resources with an alignment towards their respective utility in the field of health and social care. The health care profession includes segments as doctors, nurses, compounders, chemist etc. The relative natures of the professional relationship in health care may vary in accordance with the requirements.

2.Evaluation of Personal experiences in promotion and supporting of the rights of individual (3.2)

Health care facilities can be projected as a fundamental right of an individual. It can be stated that the increasing gaps in the regards to an equal framework for segregation of health care distribution is becoming a virtual concept in regards to the prevailing scenarios in health care. An attendance in a open forum helps in expanding the knowledge base through an interactive procedure representing various ideologies and perceptions related to health care. The interception through the provision of the varied components of health needs of a community may be essentially attained through an interjection of the internal and external influential to the scenario.

3.Discussions on the various ways encountered in professional relationship (3.3)

The differential operational procedure in regards to an effective interception of the proportionate measures reflects a gap in the identified needs of health care and the projected procedure for amending the gaps. The interception through the fundamentals of the operational procedure may aid in précising or gathering an accurate overview about the needful arrangements with respect to the adherence of a normative approach in health and social care practices (Clift and Camic, 2016). The nomination of the arbitrary components of the work procedure and the inclusion of the unethical standards in the work procedures can be interjected as a major blockage on the aspect of an effective health and social care procedure.

Part 2: Teamwork

1.Evaluate the effectiveness of personal contributions when working with others in health and social care practice (4.1)

The effective intercept of personal contributions lies in attempting an inclusion of individual perceptions and nomination of the varied credentials with respect to a normal alignment in health care standards. The effective outcomes of a work procedure is highly influenced by the inclusion of the respective perceptions of the team members in the drafting of the operational procedure or strategy. It is impossible for an individual to reflect appropriate knowledge on the varying aspects relevant to health and social care standards (Nelson and Staggers, 2016). A concreted drafting of the operational procedure may include the individual perceptions of the team members in order to reduce the gaps of decisions taken and implemented by an individual.

2.Explain how the limits of own role impacts on work with others (4.2)

The limitation of an individual who is considered or reflected as a team member may project an abrupt limitation on the entire work procedure, which is proposed for adaptation by the entire team member. A rejection in regards to the consideration of the cultural gaps prevailing between the team members may disrupt the work procedure as adapted or as implemented by the team. The affectivity of the produced may be reflected through the operational procedure and the work environment that prevails within the team.

3.Analyse own role in minimizing barriers to effective teamwork in health and social care practice (4.3)

The performance of a team is highly influenced by the mutual bonding, which is shared between team members. It is also influenced by the attitude of mutual respect and affinity among the team individuals. As a team member, I attempt to ensure a harmonious and cheerful environment among the team, which may help in enhancing the quality of the deliverables.

4.Discuss how to improve personal contributions to the collective effectiveness of a team (4.4)

An expanded acquisition of knowledge with a preferable alignment to the field of health and social care is expected to enhance the quality of the service which offered by a team.
