The basic assessment and evaluation technique should focus on the subjects undertaken providing a sense of equity in order to negate all the cultural and gender diversity aspects. The course should be aligned with professional accreditation with multiple linguistic campuses onshore and offshore offering consistent and equal opportunities to all the learners. Moreover, the teaching practice must take advantages from the assessment method giving multiple opportunities to the students as all the students have different mode of conveyance. The assessment should be done for analyzing the areas of improvement of the students neither to scold them nor demoralize them on the basis of marks. There should be a uniform grading system that covers all the scopes of demoralization of students. There should be psychological and social workers guiding the students at the grass root level. |
