1. Interview types
The different types of   interviews that are held in managing different operational planning are:-
a) Telephonic   Interview: In the telephonic interview process helps in understanding the   candidates by the phone.
b) Group Interview:-   The group interview helps in collecting more information based on the group   discussion of many candidates.
c) Face to face   interview:- In the face to face interview helps in developing the   communication skills and attitudes of candidates (Mann, 2016).
d) Sequential   Interview:- In the sequential interview process helps in the development of   proper sequence of the set questions.
e) Dinner or lunch   interview:- This interview process helps staff for getting a chance of   improving the interpersonal and communication skills.
f) Panel Interview:-   This interviews are based on many people sitting in a panel.   
There are certain   formats of interview that helps in preparing of answers. This are as   follows:-
a) Informal or formal   based interview:- In the formal and informal process of interview helps in   the development of interest of candidates (Walsh   & Bull, 2015).
b) Second   interview:-The second interview assists the candidate to prepare more answer   of questions that are asked by the interviewer.

4. Scheduling of   interview
There is a high   requirement to properly maintain the scheduling of the interview process.   This assist the interviewer and candidates to prepare themselves for   conducting the interview process   (Stephens, Hamilton, Thompson & Krishnaswami, 2017). This are followed as   the planning made the interview process. This are:-
a) Avoiding the   meeting that are fixed in morning: - This meeting at the early meeting might be   avoided for carrying out the interview process. In this case, the interviewer   has to make a proper scheduling planning to conduct the interview process.
b) Avoiding the last meeting of any working   days: - Avoiding the last meeting helps in making preparation of the   interviewer for conducting the interview. This helps the interviewer to make   enough planning for the process of interviews   (Redlich-Amirav & Higginbottom, 2014).

This question helps the interviewer to   know the merits and talents of candidates for better performance in the   company. The basic assessment and evaluation   technique should focus on the subjects undertaken providing a sense of equity   in order to negate all the cultural and gender diversity aspects. The course   should be aligned with professional accreditation with multiple linguistic   campuses onshore and offshore offering consistent and equal opportunities to   all the learners. Moreover, the teaching practice must take advantages from   the assessment method giving multiple opportunities to the students as all   the students have different mode of conveyance. The assessment should be done   for analyzing the areas of improvement of the students neither to scold them   nor demoralize them on the basis of marks. There should be a uniform grading   system that covers all the scopes of demoralization of students. There should   be psychological and social workers guiding the students at the grass root   level.
