Introduction

Australia is a vibrant and diverse, multicultural country. Australia is known for its oldest continuous multi-diverse culture and country has also existed with the 270 ancestries (Grant, 2019). Since 1945, approximately seven million people have migrated within Australia. The country is known for the rich, cultural background which has shaped up the Australian culture (Ferrara, 2019). Multi diversity and multilingual are the unique histories of the Australian cultures, due to which phenomenal cultures and lifestyles exist today. Among the large ethnic race and diverse culture, 3% of Australians have been identified as the Aboriginal, Torres Strait islander and about 45% people belong to the mixed cultural family (Shannon, 2019). 

Australia as a democratic and constitutional monarchy

Australia is one of the biggest and strong federations consisting of a constitutional monarchy along with having a parliamentary democracy (MacLachlan, 2018). Like the UK, Australia also follows a constitutional monarchy. Within the head state, it is ruled by the Queen who has to follow and act following the Australian Constitution. Queen acting as the government delegates her representative powers by acting as a Governor-General (Booth, 2018).

Parliamentary democracy

Australia is one of the federations that is ruled by the act of parliamentary democracy and the constitutional monarchy. This means

Queen, who is residing in the United Kingdom is also holding the position of the Government General and holds the same delegated powers (Price, 2019)

It is also enacted and controlled by the governed by the minister head Prime Minister.

It constitutes a two-chamber Commonwealth Parliament that can follow and amend laws.

Diversity of the Australian people

At present, the Australian population is estimated at 23.4 million and is known for the rich cultural, multi-linguistic diverse populations belonging from the world (MacLachlan, 2016).

Among these, 64,800 people have been known to speak Indigenous language, followed by languages like Chinese, Arabic along with the Vietnamese and Italian. Such 50 Indigenous languages along with the Australian creoles can be followed actively by the Australians residents.

At present, Australia has around 52% of the population that comes from the Christian background and within the Christianity group, there are 70 different belongingness. The group includes from the Christian denominations and contributors of Catholic; Anglican; Uniting Church along with the culture of the Presbyterian etc (Kamp,  2018)At present apart from the Christianity culture, there are so far Buddhism (2%), includes Islam (3%) along with the religion like Hinduism (2%) and Judaism (less than 1%) (Ferrara, 2016). Prevalent values of the Australians Majority

The prevalent values of the Australians are to follow a set decorum and rules of the social values that can hold respect, freedom along with the dignity of the individual.  Australians Majority values also hold freedom of religion, having a set commitment and also rules governing laws. As per the Parliament democracy, justice, fairness and equality are observed among the men and women. The same spirit of egalitarianism can also be observed within the mutual respect, having a fair tolerance, play and compassion for such needs and the pursuits. 

Aboriginal cultural and diversity

At present, the Aboriginal population constitutes around 2.4% of the total population (Kamp, 2018). Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples are the first peoples of Australia.

Aboriginal and Torres Islander people are referred to as the First Nation people. Indigenous people constitute and hold a unique place within Australian history. History of Australia is shaped up with the Indigenous people, as they were main habitats and today they are the on-going national development and identity (MacLachlan, 2016).

An Aboriginal person is referred to as the "individual or the group belonging to the Aboriginal descent, identified and accepted as how he or she lives.  Aboriginal peoples also secure their cultural identity, whether they belong from the urban areas or the regional or remote areas. Aboriginal people are recognised as the great diverse people, that have the set languages and follows a kinship structure that can be identified within the Australian people having a distinct culture, along with the different language and/or tribal groups.

Conclusion

It is concluded, three major contributors of Australia's demographic include the Indigenous population, British people that have migrated and made a colonial history and the continuous immigration from many different countries. It means Australia, was ruled by the Queen that has resided in the United Kingdom and also ruled Australia by acting as the Governor-General It is still ruled by the ministry head Prime Minister. Specifically, every constitution has its written constitution, which follows the framework of the parliament and laws. Australia is known for the diverse people, due to the unique different belongingness from the diverse cultures and with the lifestyles adopted today.
