In regards to this, opening of a new super markets chain is being proposed in the market of Abu Dhabi (Battini, 2013).The proposed business will go by the name Hiland Mart and will be a self-service supermarket chain. The organization proposes to provide a range of products and services to the customers that include grocery items, a wide variety of foods, household products and merchandise (Bronson, 2015). Initially, the organization has proposes to open 10 branches in the market of Abu Dhabi and will gradually expand the business. 


The proposed business will deal with a wide range of products that ranges from foods items like that of meat, vegetables, dairy-based products, etc. to kitchen and household products, pharmacy products and supplies for pet. In addition to that, the organization also proposes to deal in electrical equipments like that of DVDs, Home Theater, etc. along with clothing section and sports equipments. Additionally, the organization also proposes to provide home delivery services for better customer convenience. The initial management of the company in a recent conference said that there are huge growth opportunities in the market of Abu Dhabi and the incorporation of Hiland Mart will significantly increase the competition in the market of supermarket industry (Costa, 2016). 


The organization aims to achieve a significant share in the market through the delivery to quality services and products at reasonable price range. In the conference, the new CEO of the organization stated that the organization would leave no stones unturned to achieve full potential and meet the organizational goal s and objectives within few months from its incorporation. In regards to this, the organization has already undertaken fully-fledged marketing and advertising of the new business and focuses on appealing to a large number of customers. Market studies show that, there is a huge buzz among people as well, as the competitors regarding the starting of the new business venture and seems that it will be a success for the organization (Donald, 2013).

The company is mainly a supermarket dealing with self-sufficient stocks to meet the customer’s demand. The supermarket will be named as Highland mart, which will be situated in the heart of Abu Dhabi. The construction of the company is under progress. The company mainly deals with a broad range of household products, cosmetics, animal husbandry items, electronics and pharmacy products. The company will have wide prospects of merchandise with association of several brands including Reebok, Adidas, UCB, Tupperware and many more. It has chain of supply and demand destination all across the UAE. However, it is initially planning to operate in five cities of UAE that includes Dubai, Ajman, Fujairah, Umm al-Quwain, Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah (Graça,  2016). The initial startup of the business will take approximately a huge proportion of money. The money is estimated around $5 million, which engaged a large number of investors with their business interests. 


The supermarket has an extensive business floor taking a five-storey building in Abu Dhabi. The quality management authority of the company decided to operate on a retail basis dealing with renowned brands only. The main approach of the company is to take a shape of self-proficient business with a large number of quantities for sale under a small roof (Graça,  2016).
