Reflection 1st Blog
In my view, the author has described, what kind of social work practices, needs to be adopted by the social worker and what all can be the challenges, which the social worker has to foresee. The author has mentioned articulately, what kind of lessons should be learned by the social worker and how social work practices along with the human services needs should be interrelated. To ensure fair, justice, and equality practices, the social worker must understand the situation in a broad sense and should works in sync to the families, community and helping the individuals, and help to foster better relations. Overall, the social worker has to work progressively in terms of pre-existing knowledge, skills, values, and beliefs, which can help to apply the theories in a broader sense.
The main purpose to choose social worker field is to become competent, reflective, and even ethical as a practitioner. the factors which have influenced me during this stage was seeing some of the social worker having a biased and the judgmental option, along with seeing how with the correct knowledge, practices, and the application, it would help to correct the human behavior and the attitude (Chenoweth, 2011). The main practice focus was to foster good valued practices and even aim to develop good relationships.
The contribution which I want to make is to understand the human service practices and help the social workers to develop a fair, justice, and equal approach. The social workers should not be judgmental, biased, and be unethical. By developing healthy practices, engaging communities, and overcoming diversity issues (Marginson, 2019). For the social worker, it is important to have a lifelong learning and development that needs to be as per the paradigm of the ongoing supervision and as per the professional and development. The knowledge, beliefs, and the values would to create welfare for everyone, values needs to be respected, ethically engaged and knowledge should be shared to continue future practices (van Wijk, 2019).

The ideas presented by the author Scott in the “Working within the organization”, helps to understand what can be the key propositions and the derived family-based strengths. In my view, when to develop a good bonding with the families, it is important to research over the background of the family, understand their values, culture, implications and any drawbacks. This step would help to examine on how to understand that there can be related practices to develop relationship to have a healthy family strengths researchers (DeLanda, 2019). It is important to understand how there can be key guidance that can be due to the adequate engaging practices, and it would help to overcome the vulnerability. To have the engaging practices, it is important to foster the relationships inline to the qualities which is a major step and to understand how there can be qualities to identify a strong families. It is important to understand the workings in consistent to the appreciation and affection, and also foster commitment to develop in terms of the positive communication. Depending on how to create a valuable time together, it would be important to connect with spiritual well-being. Another perspective is to use the stress and crisis and to develop family based strengths and depending on the community strengths it is important to interrelate with the cultural strengths. It is also a challenge, when dealing with the families to develop bond, to have the broaden global perspective, that can help to build bond, foster healthy relationships and even identify the ways to create the support vulnerable families in a positive way (Scott, 2012)
Depending on finding the strength-based factors of a family, as a social worker one can draw how there would be relevancy to the strengths, community strengths, and cultural strengths related to the individuals and families. To identify how to foster relationships, it is important to balance the relationships and even develop better perspectives (Clifford, 2019).

As identified from the reading, the women within Australia have over the years been experiencing an unbalanced power and consistently facing discrimination due to the consistent disadvantage. In 2018, Australia's has identified a wide pay gap of 14.6% which showed in favour of the average $244.80 per week less than men (Bourdieu, 2019). The Australia women do not only face gender discrimination due to the continued challenges but consistently has been facing a lack of supreme powers. There was also discrimination identified due to women facing injustices, unfair, and also experiencing a lower power to command and to take the adequate directions Overall, there has been a low consistent approach to see how the women face gender inequality whether they are belonging to the work-based practices or have a role to play in the community. The inequalities and the gaps have always due to the barriers faced, challenges experienced and on account of the unbalanced powers, policies and the unstructured placed. As identified how the marginalized women, often have to face the consequence of discrimination along with experiencing the disadvantage, that particular can risk in experiencing the mental ill-health and can face the barriers to access the services. As no favorable polices and work-based protective rights are there to preserve women’s rights, often the women feel marginalized and even can suffer silently leading to high mental health morbidity. The women with a wide long-term health condition along with facing the disability can also experience low educational attainment. As a response, from the women, often the power, command and the adequate rights should be identified. The women should take duly actions to overcome the discrimination and increased marginalization Gender inequality has been consistently showing how there can be a barrier faced due to the realization of rights and access that depending on the opportunities that can create imbalance the girls and women in Australia (Alston, 2018). The unequal status faced due to the women and girls in Australia that could be faced the structural along with the systemic gendered inequalities. Depending on the gender inequality interacts that can be identified of power and inequality the would result in the multiple and intersecting experiences that can be due to the inequality and disadvantage depending on the marginalized women (Bernburg, 2019).
